1. How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Ans: While confirming your order if you get your order number it means that your order is confirmed. You will receive notification message in your mail that your order is proceed and will be shipped once your payment processing is over.

Ans: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order request. A customer can also cancel his/her order before the product has been dispatched from our end. But the order cannot be cancel once the order has been dispatched to you from our end.

8. How do I place a replacement request?

Ans: If the product is damage or opened already. You can send us the evidence by taking photographs. Our customer care executive will call you for the replacement of order.

9. Can I cancel my order if delivery is taking too much time?

10. If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

15. Can I modify my delivery address?
